Genius Pro 32 tripped efuse on startup

Hello,

I have a Genius 32 Pro with 4 PSU. I am having an issue where two of the ports trip the fuse upon startup.
However, if I unplug the prop and reset the fuse and then plug the prop back in it will work normally.

I replaced the extension cords from the controller to the prop to no avail.

Can anyone point me in a direction to look to solve this? I inspected the pixels in the prop and everything looks good. I tried the prop on a different port and its the same issue.

One prop is 162 pixels and the other is 300 if that matters.

The funny part is I have a prop with 250 pixels with no issues.

They just do.

After you hard power it on, you have to go into the web UI and soft boot it.

I had that issue last year, 50 pixels on a 20ft extension gave issues, 200 up close no problem.

Went back and forth with David, applied all firmware updates to no avail. Soft reboot became part of the ritual.
