Guy caught out for streetlight

Just found this story online.
not only is it illegal but if someone receives injury due to the insufficient lighting that you caused then you will probably end up in court. They have to prove you did it first though.

I believe the same vandals may have been around Shells area in NZ as she has suffered from a damaged streetlight too.

OMG I have been lucky enough mine across the street has been out for like a year.

There are absolutely no warnings on our streetlight about touching it or electrical hazards or anything. It only takes a minor bump from a car to trip the switch.

Most of the steel ones have the little panel on the back with a trip switch inside. Nice & convenient.

Lol. When i get it bigger and better, i have a mate that works for energex who said he will disconnect it for me for december..... yay.
