H802RA firmware upgrade

Hey. I need to upgrade firmware for H802RA so i can choose different led stripe chips (SM16703 in this case it can be UCS1903, WS2811). Mine is a few years old and only have few DMX models and WS2801. I saw on some sites that there could be loooong pull down list with many chips but not in mine version.
I tried different versions of Led Studio (from 3.1 to 12.65) but h802settings.exe has not display any firmware upgrade option nor actuall firmware version.
ANY ideas fellas how to do upgrade?

hey alf, that product would not be common in this forum, best bet would be the Doityourselfchristmas forum that you have also posted on, but as its such a obtuse product, it may be best to contact the manufacturer, or upgrade to a newer device
