hi guys,
So added a HE123Mk2 to my setup,
i have setup the HE123 and beagle bone
i have FPP playing and working
i setup the controller in xlights

i can test lights from FPP and they work
i tell xlights to send information and FPP says - recieved e1.31 information from 192.168.0.117

so the HE123 is seeing the information, xlights is sending it
but nothing is happening ?


where might i have gone wrong first ?

What does your inputs tab look like?

Input/Output setup --> Channel Inputs

Same for your channel outputs.

Don't use E1.31 - use DDP, it's so much simpler too. There's no reason to use E1.31 for integrated systems these days.
It won't solve your issue immediately but it'll make it easier to debug.

messing around and changing to DDP i was able to get it working
now the fun part, learning xlights
