I plan to make some corro star to put on my roof, but I was wondering how the hot glue would handle the heat from the roof tiles? I live in Sydney and the air temperatures get to around 40 Celsius so I guess on the roof it would be 45. Would that heat cause the glue o melt or adversely affect the stars?

Hot glue tends to yellow, i use hot glue only as a helper so i can set a piece in place because it sets quickly, but i only use a small dab just enough to hold, I then finish off with clear silicone
