Totally new to LED lighting. Jumped in with both feet. I have permanently mounted WS2811 pixels to my two roofs lines, two top windows, garage, front door, bottom window and under my porch, no other models at this time. Using Xlights, Pi3 and Falcon F16v3 controller.

Hi Don & welcome to Acl. With mounting them permanently you my get uv damage. May not be a problem in Canada though.

No issues with UV here. It's shoveling the snow from around the house every 4 days so that everyone can see the lights from the road........That's a pain
