Hi. Welcome to ACL. Mark already mentioned the 101 Manual. When you have time there are the various ACL sections to look through too. Your avatar indicates the US and there are quite a few US members in ACL. Cheers.

Welcome to ACL. I'm just couple hours north of you. There are TONS of displays in your area. If you're into Facebook there is a SoCal Christmas light group you might want to check out. Used to have a mini every year until Covid... https://www.facebook.com/groups/socalchristmas Don't be afraid to ask questions. Good luck with the display this year!
