Hello all! i've done my first smart pixel display this year. I did a house outline w/ C9 style bulbs (matching how i've always did the house). I'm running a falcon controller and FPP. Most the time I have a static display that matches "traditional lights" with an alternating white/red candy cane pattern. I try to match the color of those traditional incandescent lights since that is my wife's preferences. I've done a few sequences in xlights and ran those for halloween and special songs for my daughter's birthday -it went great! When i went to setup the christmas in the house this year I started to put normal lights on and my wife was surprised and thought we would do smart pixels inside too; I hadn't really considered it but did have some extra strings and an easy path to connect a controller so my indoor tree is also smart this year. It's been a fun year learning.
