I have checked everything I know... All strings have channels, no overlaps. Im so confused on how to fix this as I have only found 3 issues on the web with this wording

Checking the basics - is this FPP running on a BBB attached to a board?
Is this a new setup or have you used this before and it's now not working?

I had this earlier this year. Working from failing memory- I had to reimage FPP onto my Pi 3B+

Was it previously running v5 and you reimaged to v6 or V7??

What Cape do you have attached to drive the pixels?
