Help... running out of time

Hey guys
I am going live this Saturday with my show and I am having problems with my matrix
It is a 12 channel matrix zig zag pixels 50 up and 50 down for a total of 300 pixels/channel
It is running off an alphapix 16 v3 on xlights
Channels 1-6 are working correctly however channels 7-12 are displaying the incorrect colors
To test I have setup the bars effect with 2 colors only (red and white) moving right to left
Half the panel is correct and the other half displays white and green. All settings have been set to r-g-b on both xlights and controller configs
Any thoughts would be appreciated

First thing that comes to mind is that you have different strings. So you may need to change the colour configuration in your controller.
The other thing is you may have your controller universe set up for 512 channels instead of 510. So you are 2 channels off once you get past your first universe.
I don't use xlights or alphapix, so these are just generic things I would check.
