Help with bad text output

Any help would be appreciated, my text looks fine in xlights but its out put is in the wrong order. The pic is ME and one is an H and i can see all the parts of the letters but they are in the wrong place when outputted. This is my first year in this hobby. Thanks again.

This looks like a matrix made of EVO pixels or something like that. I would suspect that you gave xLights the wrong information when you set up the model. What corner did you tell xLights to start in? Was it 8 strands per string wired vertically? And then which controller ports did you connect it to... and is the lowest numbered port the one you told xLights as the starting corner?

You'll be good, but my suspicion is you may have to reverse the order you connected the controller ports, and perhaps then change the starting corner in xLights to the other side.
