HEY! I'm new and have no idea what I'm doing

Hey all, I'm Melbourne based and have been doing traditional lights for years but have this year wanted to step things up a notch, each year I make an item this year was a long arch way.

im wanting to plan for 2024 and maybe look at 3D printing some items and fitting them out, if anyone can lend me any guidance it would be greatly appreciated. My main hurdle is to find a supplier as I don't know if I'm ready to but 1000s of lights at a time.
