I was thinking of making my own structure and putting some lights on it, just dumb static lights.
going by this
I could replicate that start with grey pvc conduit or the like. But how does one wrap the start with just enough lights, i dont want to need say 10m of lights but end up using a 15m run the then the 5m trails hanging down, you need the just the star to be light and then dark space for the full effect. Do people ever cut down and re solder store bought led light runs?
