How to peg down led string lights

Hello all, any recommendations on how to peg these lights down? I have a hook for the star but what about the strings of leds?

Source an old trampoline, remove the net, springs etc and cable tie to the base, will never fall apart and is easy to pack up each year

I have a bucket full of old tent pegs that I've found while metal detecting at campsites. They work perfectly for holding down decorations and lights.
