I need serious video advice

I have been trying in vain to record my show for the last 10 days but my camera just does not want to cope

This is my latest attempt and if I set the exposure down the scene goes out of focus even with the camera on infinity. This is driving me nuts.

Try getting a lens filter that blocks out some light. Should help with burnout as well. I need to get one today.
