Christmas Props Australia is currently experiencing an exceptionally high volume of orders, and as a result, there is a significant backlog. As many of you know, I am a one-person, home-based business, and every prop is cut, packed and shipped by me.

Anticipating this backlog will occur every year, I installed a second CNC machine earlier in the year, doubling cutting capacity to help cope with the demand. I have also increased my working hours to help keep the orders moving.

Even with these improvements, I wanted to reach out and let everyone know that I am doing everything I can to meet the demand and clear the backlog.
