Is anybody doing a purchase with LYSONLED for P5 Panels?

Hi, unfortunately I have purchased some P5 Panels from another vendor and two are faulty. I'm seeking if anybody is looking at placing an order with LYSONLED anytime soon and see if I can jump and and share the delivery cost? I'm only looking for 4 outdoor P5 Panels so not big order.
