Kulp K8-PB issues

I have 2 Kulp K8-PB that i cannot get to output to lights, the Channel status lights don't even light up. Any help would be great

Do you get any lights to work when you use the "TEST" button?

figured it out, firmware update did the trick thanks to this board and reading other posts
