Localized Flickering

Help! I have a matrix array of 12v pixels. Due to rain I had to hang it off my first story. It worked great, but when the weather cleared, I hung it higher. Now, the top few rows of the matrix are flickering, and the flickering spreads to other rows, and then goes back to the first one. I tried boosting the data signal, but that didn’t work. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Knowing a little more about the flickering would help us establish the cause... like if it is multi-colored, occurs when things are dark or bright, etc., or a video.

Taking a shot in the dark - I would inspect any connections to make sure there's no water intrusion in any pixel connections, or long range receiver connections. That can cause corrosion and flickering. Unless you added extensions, it should work the same as it did when it was lower, and unless you messed with the software it would seem to be a mechanical degradation of some kind.
