Hello Brains Trust,
I'm looking to control 900W of RGBW dumb strip for a display stand that my brother is building. Something like the little IR remote tester type controllers with RGBW buttons and some fades and changes would be perfect. But they seem to have a problem with remembering what setting they were on last time they were turned on, and can't run that much power through them.

Basically needs to be able to be turned on each morning by a timer on the powerpoint and just do what it was last set to.

Thinking I might have to go a Pi zero and a DC15, but hoping to stick to a off the shelf unit if possible. Any thought on other options are welcome?

Regards,
Rowan

Shelly RGBW2 (Shelly brand) controllers might work?
They can be flashed with W-LED software, and W-LED allows for synchronising multiple W-LED controllers together.

But the RGBW strip 'amplifiers' would be cheaper than multiple Shelly's.
Maybe just one Shelly controller and these 'amplifiers'?

Not a bad idea at all

Notenoughlights, That sounds like a great idea. Just found some for $13.50 in stock at a local australian wholesaler. Perfect.

Now to find a RGBW version of the above controller.
