Just a bit of a heads up. According to the Australian Communications & Media Authority
The easy light linker is illegal in Australia.

Severe criminal penalties, including fines of up to $255,000.00, exist for interfering with licensed services.

Australian mobile telephone carriers operate their GSM mobile telephone networks between 890 MHz and 915 MHz so
operating any transmitter at or below 915 MHz will almost certainly interfere with these services.

I was just about to order this product from light o Rama when I came across this post. I think all will be ok using the light linkers in Oz. After reading the online instructions it appears it operates up to 928mhz. So to avoid any fines killing Christmas joy its a matter of choosing a channel higher than 915Mhz.

i wouldn't risk it

This device cannot be used in Australia because it operates in the US 900 MHz ISM band (902 MHz – 928 MHz) and as such it will cause interference to Australian GSM mobile telephone networks.
