LOR - ESTA adaptors added

I've now added LOR to ESTA adaptors for adding LOR controllers into a dmx network. They can also be used for using my USB-DMX dongles as LOR dongles.
These are a pre-made adaptor the same as shown in http://auschristmaslighting.com/wiki/DMX_Adapter_Leads#Reversible_DMX.2FLOR_Adapter

This is really good and useful.


I will recommend this whenever people want to use LOR equipment in a DMX universe, or DMX devices from an LOR dongle.
