Modelling and Programming Spiral Trees

Hu Guys,

Just curious how people model a spiral tree. I built a small spiral tree using single string of RGB nodes (50 pixels). I can model it using the xlights tree model and it looks perfect but the single strand effect does not work on it the same as it would for a arch.

So question is do people just model it as a single line so the single line effect works like it does on an arch or is there another effect which does the same on the tree?

Try single strand with 3d fade and group all arches selected. chase type either left-right or right to left

I mostly use single string or Curtain effect with an under layer works well on them 2
