I know it is Primitive compared to what I have seen so far but any opinions keep in mind it is only 16 Channel's Next year will have 32 channel's if not more(Hoping for more but wife limits funds

Its all about doing a good job with what you have to work with.
For 16 channels I think you did a very nice job.
