My new display element - Mind control device or 1950's Satellite?

I have just assembled and tested my new show element.

Some say it looks like a mind control device that is put on a persons head during horror movies.
Others have even said it resembles a 1950's satellite.

All I know is that it took hours of cutting, welding and constructing...

Unfortunately it is too big to completely assemble indoors so you don't quite get the full effect. I also need to fix up the arms a little to remove the twists in the LED strip.

I have built two for the roof top.
My house is two story and these stand over 3meters tall, so you might have to bend backwards to see them!

Everyone will be able to find your lights that's for sure. Small planes may even think you are the airport tower.
