New Member and Pixel Beginer in Oregon

Hi from JD. Just learning. I bought a few 2811 strings 2 years ago as my first purchase but did nothing with them. Now I've ordered a Falcon F48 and receiver board (I think, but no email confirmation). I have a Pi and I hope just to get one or two 50 pixel strings around a window (interior) and see if I can get something to play. Thanks to all the seasoned veterans that are the backbone of this group. I'm looking forward to this as a longtime hobby. --jd

If you haven't already have a read of the 101 manual. It will be your bible for the first year or so until you get your head around everything.
