Newbie Mega RGB Pixel Tree Design

If you guys wouldn't mind please taking a look at the attached design for my RGB Node Mega Tree which is my first attempt as computerizing my display. I've had the static mega tree for 4 years and want to take the Leap. I'm trying to figure out if I'm thinking correctly and if I'm missing anything before I get funding from my CFO (aka wife) and potentially start ordering equipment.
