Nutcraclker: Bug fix, animated gifs

I believe the animated gifs are now fixed.


i am able to create them and the error is gone.


For local install folks,


Step (5), download zip file and paste contents onto your ../nutcracker directory


You do NOT need to re-install a new database (Step (7) )
