3.x OMG Please help. Error trying to open file......

I am running out of options. I have tried version 3.10 and 3.11 and keep getting an error trying to open file on every sequence i have from last year. I can seemingly open them once then for some reason they change and i cannot open them again. I have backed up what i can but i am out of ideas.
I am copying my old module data file folder and system data folders across from the old version and the program seems to load the previews ect fine. Nothing i am doing is helping.
Please if reach out if you have any ideas.

Thanks to anyone who had a look. After much frustration, trial and lots and lot of errors i have nailed it down to my intelligent light fixtures not mapping properly with the new version of Vixen and while I have a bit of work to do on the shows to get them back to where they were and 1 or 2 lost in the process due to Vixen not saving the files properly and crashing I am a lot better off then earlier.
Onward and upwards.
