P12R firmware updating issue.

Hey all,


I'm following the firmware updating tutorial but when I type tftp 10.10.10.10 get info.txt into dos command I get timeout occurred.


I have the controller switched on and have computer connected to it via the same Ethernet cable used to connect to it for sequencing. Is this right or do I need to do something to this cable. I thought I read somewhere about this but can't find it now. I'm running window do on my laptop for more info
