P12S output not working

I have lost an output on my P12S and I am unsure why?

I have checked the fuse to the effected output but that not it. I have checked all the configs, and they seem ok?

I was working earlier today, but now not....

some help would be appreciated....

I would start posting some screen shots of the config and let us know what software your using to control the board.

I'm wondering if the first pixel blew on your string. But as Steve said post some screen shots just Incase it's a config issue

Yes Dale. that would be your first step. swap the string/strip over to other output and see if that strip/string still works

Fixed, it seemed to be a setting with a null pixel that was causing the universe to be not Active.
