Papagayo into LOR

Can anyone please direct me to a Vid or can explain how to import a PGO (papagayo) file into LOR clipboard.
Im a LSP user, but I understand I'll need to import into LOR first, then into LSP.
Ive had a play trying to import it into LOR but no success as yet. This would be my lack of knowledge of LOR.Im assuming I need to change to .pgo file into a .lsb file??
Any help would be great, thanks

Gday Jerrymac, yeah Ive seen that Vid, but I cant seem to find the "translate Papagayo to LOR clipboard".
Ive attached screen shot of the translator in the Vid.
This is the bit Im missing.

I have used Papagayo to lor a couple of times and I refer to this and it works for me.

[font=]So here is where I'm at.

I've used Papagayo to create a .dat file of an intro.
I then started the Papagayo to LOR software.
I configured my channels to the Phenoms list.
then I loaded the Dat file.
then I clicked on export and it saved a clipboard file out.
Lastly I loaded that clipboard into the sequencer.
then I tried to paste that clipboard. [/font]
