I'm planning to add a couple of RGB fixtures next year and have a design / planning question. Is the signal between a controller and the strings a one way signal or is there any back traffic as well? Can I take the data & clock lines out from the controller and split them to 2 separate strings (with power injected to both) so that both strings always do the exact same thing at the same time (ie both strings seen as pixels 1 to 50 in the sequencing software). If it matters, I'll be running this on an E682 to TLS3001 pixels. I'd like to do this in a couple of places to run more pixels without adding more channels in the sequencing and to reduce the number of controllers needed.

The signal is only 1 way.
Some have parralleled up the signal before to run 2 strips, this is not the design spec to do this so you will be running out of the design specs, so it may be a hit a miss affair. but it has been done.
