Q: future plans for the p12s.... ??

just wondering, maybe ive missed a topic in my perusing, but ill ask anyway....

is there any plans in the nearish future to allow the p12s to zigzag strings for megatree's, etc.

i know there are others out there that do, and most sequencing software does to, but just wondering about the future of the p12.

Already built in.

Under string config, just type in the strings as needed, tick the reverse order box after each section that is reversed and away you go.

Note: I found it works best if you setup all forward and reverse sections in the config page. Had a problem only doing the reversed section. Couldn't repeat it but best to avoid possibility.

im talking a 150 pixel long string......

channels as:

1-25 up
26-50 down
51-75 up
76-100 down
101-125 up
126-150 down

possible??? or were you talking full strings?

Yes you can configure it to do that.

Sorry Mate, Thought you were just after a simple answer.
It's done in the string config page of the controller.
I don't have any controllers connected up to log into so if you would like to put a screen shot of that page up we can all talk you through it.
Basically you can reverse the channels on a string, so if you do fold a string you can set up half of it backwards so that all the channels start at the bottom and go up.
This whole process is usually managed in sequencer software but can be done in the hardware.
