Hi everyone

Ever wanted to visit the Northern Territory but never got around to it? Want to see what's up here to do? Well wonder no more. Our relocation to Darwin is just what you need. While we are here for 2 years (yes no blinky - its tucked up nicely in Brisbane) we are doing a lot of road trips to see what the Territory has to offer. I have started uploading videos of our trips to YouTube. Hooray! If you want to see what we get up to over the next 2 years, here is our channel https://www.youtube.com/user/MAJoJax4?sub_confirmation=1

Yesterday, the King family did a day trip to Katherine, visiting the Katherine Gorge (just a lazy 750k day trip). On the way passed something that I had to stop and take a photo and share.
To quote one of the locals, "thats not a mega tree. THAT'S a mega tree"

They have covered a pole with bikes. It would have been a good 8-10 meters high.
They also had a smaller mega tree

Its been a while so thought i would add to the post. Still waiting for the wet season to occur up here. Seem to be getting more rain in Queensland. Have been uploading videos to the channel - here is one I really did enjoy editing (took 4 hours just to edit the intro).

Also have a mix of 360, drone and some timelapse videos. If your interested stop by - would love to see you on the channel. https://www.youtube.com/user/MAJoJax4?sub_confirmation=1

Thought I would share this as I know some are interested in projection. This is a video I did from a recent trip to Singapore. The statue is a 37 metre tall Merlion that at special times during the year has an amazing projection show. This was for Singapore National day and is a best of from the previous year.

Saw that on Singapore day a few years ago, when it was their 50th.
Don't recall the screen at the front, must be a new thing.

Did they also have the light and projection show on the water, as that was very good too.

Do you mean the Wings of Time at the beach? yes - that is still going. Got to see that as well. Very interesting projecting onto the water spray.
