Renard support on PixLite4?

I was wondering if it was possible to support the renard protocol on the PixLite4?
DMX is working fine via the dmx plugs - but I have a renard64 which I'd love to control via the PixLite4
There is DMX firmware available for the renard64, but doing so requires a pic programmer (which I don't have) so I'd love if the pixlite4 firmware could talk renard protocol directly.

Currently there is no support for the renard protocol on PixLite controllers. It's not something we've had many requests for and, to be honest, the DMX protocol is far better than the Renard one. My advice would be to get a pic programmer (they are pretty cheap these days and a worthwhile one-off investment) and upgrade your renard boards to run off DMX.

Where are you located as many members already have a pic programmer. If your down my way (Illawarra NSW) then you could use mine.
