Resetting IP Address for ECG-DR4

Andrew sent me a DR4 but managed to forget what IP he set it to and now I need to set it back to 10.10.10.10 but the board is made in 2010 and does not match the pic in the wiki. Anybody can tell me which links I need to connect to re-set ??? ??
