Revisiting my LED controller ECG-PIXAD8, issues connecting

I am having difficulties conneting a browser to my PIXAD8. I am able to ping the controller through cmd but I time out when using any number of browsers. I do get a successful ping when using the command window.

I added the 10.10.10.1 address to my eth adapter, thus why I can ping the controller. Has browser security changed so much to cause my issue and/or does anyone know any other tricks to get ethcongateway to appear in my browser?

I am pretty sure I changed the IP address for the past operation but life happens and I had to put all my LED light ambitions aside. I am trying to get back into it a little and having this one issue.

I will appreciate any help offered.

Thanks Bazzy. it is giving me some ideas I shall try and that is mostly playing in the 10.10.10.x range of addressing. Still, I can ping the board from command line, I don't time out.

Posting my solution for others who may search someday.
I used a network scanner and found the 192.168.x.x address I had assigned some years ago.
I am now back in and I can do what I wanted
