Nothing stopping you from doing that, it may take some time to set up in the sequencing software and cost a bit of money in pixels but its very achievable

Yes, but if I order 10 strings of those:

Shipping Cost: US $115.82to Sweden Via EMS
20% of the total cost is shipping. There is no way that 8 kilo can cost that much to ship.
