Solved: xSchedule outputting sequences incorrectly

Hi there,
I've created a few sequences in xLight sequencer and they run perfectly from the sequencer through my controller. Once saved I start up xScheduler and attempt to run the sequence. It appears that only half of the lights are output. Running a test in xScheduler confirms this with only half of the lights illuminated. These same lights illuminate perfectly when i run from the xLights sequencer.
Is there a configuration setting in xScheduler that may have caused this? Scratching my head for a few days on this

The problem here was that I had changed my base folder xLights. XSchedule was pointing at the original folder with an unconfigured controller. Once I updated the base folder in xSchedule, all was sorted.
