There is quite a few pixel pushing tools out there but sometimes you also need to remove pixels.
I have 400 to remove from PET strapping and decided it was worth a couple hours doing a little metal work.
Took some 30mm x 3mm flat bar i'd bought from bunnings, cut off a length that felt right and dropped it in the mill to cut the slot for the pixel itself, made in 12.5mm wide, cut a tongue onto the end for a future 3d print handle, squared the ends up.
Took it over the belt sander and flattened the not flat bar, rounded the sharp corners and here we have it.
It does work but might have another go with some 5mm flat bar so the tool pulls the pixel out fully by itself, as it stands it's not quite thick enough
anyway this may provide an idea ot two.
