Hi still trying to get my display ready for this year (first attempt) all you expert helpers out there would this work.

Should turn out nice, but if you are using lights with power packs then you will have to be careful not to use dimming or very fast on/offs as this will damage the power packs

There are problems with your planned setup:

• Plugpacks can have a delay between their input and output and it even varies each time. Like Fasteddy said, don't dim them.
• AC controller channels can get temporarily stuck on when using LED light sets that don't draw enough power.
• Sending signal through USB can cause stuttering.

Light-O-Rama hardware will work but it is relatively expensive. Same with their software.
