The test pattern is stuck - ISSUE SOLVED

[SIZE=78%]Its stuck on the test pattern - all of the dip switches are down, and I have reset it several times. The lights never go off, once it boots up, it goes right into the test pattern[/SIZE]

Within the firmware settings down the bottom of the IP config page there will be a check box with 'test pat' and 'E1.31 enabled'
Make sure the E1.31 enabled box is checked and that the test pattern check box is unchecked, you should then be good.
