Updated P12S, now my tree dont work :( or tests, nothing.... any help?

hey people

i just updated my p12s the other night, and now i cant get my tree to function. did something stupid, i didnt test it all still worked after last year, before i did the update. so all i can say is it worked last xmas.

ive got a test string plugged into it now, and i still cant get any light output from a pixel.

just wondering if anyone has had any issues? or got any ideas where to start.

just also wondering if it is possible to back date the software to what was on it beforehand?

any information or assistance would be great.

Oh man, your going through what I am, exactly... did you upgrade to v3.4b? to allow 24 universes? I did mine last night, it was working fine before but since I changed it now nothing, I have set it up exactly the same as my P2 which works fine, no issues, I am thinking about rolling back the version (shouldn't be an issue from memory) but really want the additional Universes, just makes wiring up my show that much easier....
I have messaged Ben and hopefully he can help us out...
If you hear anything else or work out the fix let me know,

was a flashing issue i believe
all done and fixed, after a lot of flashing the POS!

but i have output, time to test the tree tomorrow night.

ok, so testing tonight went ok, to poor.....

i got SOME outputs, 4 universes were fine. the rest of the p12s didnt work.

i plugged a working string into each universe, and 1 - 4 worked, 5 to 12 i get no output .......

any ideas ???
 
it was an error in the update software as well, ill do a fullscale test on my tree tonight and test success.

I had similar issues,
but it only seemed to effect my 2811 pixels. The 2801's worked fine.
I ended up rolling back to 3.4
