Using the Shockwave Effect with a Picture Effect in Xlights

I wanting to know if there is a way that I can have a photo (gif) that starts on my matrix and then have it expand/explode out to the rest of the house (all house group)?

If it's a .gif, see the "Picture" effect, set start and end scale as you see fit (like 0-200, or 100-300). And/or roto-zoom on the effect, there are other fun transitions you could use like shatter... Getting it centered on the matrix may be nontrivial.

That's just the first suggestion, if it doesn't work there are plenty more, and you could layer it with other effects.
