There was a thread here on ACL about this same show last year. They are moving head LEDs. Not cheap, but look awesome. You can find them by googling moving head LEDs, eBay, Aliexpress, etc.

I asked Tom a while back what the model numbers were and he was hesitant to share because they are so expensive that he is worried that if the general public knew how much they cost people would be stealing them off his roof.
