What Colour is skin?

I know this is pedantic but I was wondering if there is accepted combos of RGB that makes human skin colour. Anyone know?

Hmmmmm ... human skin colour ........now is that some one who lives in China, or a native American, or native Australian, or south Europe, or North Europe, or the North Pole ?
