XLights by Demtel?

Have spent some time in the am working on the show with the home shopping in the background. Have I created a monster? lol or sm I just confuded.
Show starts with all modelsOFF Then All ON. After the arches group is on. But there is more, all the other groups remain on. At mark 29.99 All models switch off as expected. Next timing mark three mini trees should switch on but all
props come on. At the next timing mark Mini tree 3 (which should be Off) should come on with flame effect. It is already on but now all props change colour and go to flame effect.

Can someone please tell me how to get rid of the demtel effect so I can just get the effect I want without "extra effects free"

You may need to pop up some screenshots. It could be due to a channel conflict that you are getting apparent free steak knives etc.
A screenshot showing the models with channel numbers and a screenshot of the sequence page should/could help
