xlights Slow to start

I had been looking at quite a few different shared sequences when the program locked up.

One had been tricky to find the show directory so I had had multiple tries to get it to run so most likely I stuffed up and got the program in a tangle.

xLights is now very slow to start, looks like is won't but after a few minutes it does get going.

I had a bit of a play with this last night and found a post on xLights Facebook suggesting going back to the previous release 2019.38 which I did and I am no longer getting the long startup approx 3mins. I am getting an Error Kegbindings contains invalid bindings: FOCUS_SEQUENCER.

Maybe I had 2 separate issues? I did delete the keybindings file but continue to get the above error.
