I have created a Google doc so you don't have to do Microsoft Word revisions and keep releasing them. If you want to PM me your Google account I can add you all to the editing list and we can keep this updated as a centralised Tip guide.
Maybe it might be worth one of the admin team setting up a google business account then allocating people to be able to upload files as helpful resources? Regards Derf | Jack
